Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Items purchased under discounts, clearance sales, or customized orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@playiq.in with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will share the return shipping details.
  3. The product must be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
  4. Upon inspection and approval, a refund will be processed.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after product inspection.
  • Shipping charges and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, based on the situation.
