Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Items purchased under discounts, clearance sales, or customized orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Return Process
- Email us at support@playiq.in with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will share the return shipping details.
- The product must be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
- Upon inspection and approval, a refund will be processed.
Refund Method
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after product inspection.
- Shipping charges and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share photos of the item and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, based on the situation.
